How can we help?
Customer Care
We want your Holiness Glow experience to feel simple and cared for. During website testing, customer-care messages can be sent to nikki@nikkigetsit.co.uk. This testing address will be replaced with the final Holiness Glow customer-care contact before public launch.
Shipping
Holiness Glow is launching with UK delivery only. Postage & packaging is £3.95 per order. Dispatch times and delivery estimates will be added once Dinah confirms the fulfilment process.
Returns
For most online purchases, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the order and then have a further 14 days to return eligible goods. For hygiene reasons, sealed lip products cannot be returned for change of mind once the hygiene seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
