1. About us
The website and online store are operated by Holiness Glow Ltd, company number 17041807, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.

2. Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Product availability may change without notice. Product images are illustrative of the item offered and packaging may occasionally change.
3. Prices and delivery charges
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The introductory Fruits of the Spirit lip gloss price is £12.00 per gloss until 23:59 on 6 November 2026. From 7 November 2026, the standard price is £14.00 per gloss. Standard UK postage and packaging is £3.95 per order, unless a different delivery offer is clearly shown before checkout. The price displayed at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
Any VAT legally chargeable will be included in the displayed price where applicable. Holiness Glow’s VAT registration status must be confirmed before launch.
4. Placing an order
Before submitting an order, you should check the products, quantities, delivery details and total price. Payment is made through Stripe Checkout. Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
If we cannot accept an order — for example because an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or payment has not been authorised — we will tell you and refund any amount already taken for that order.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card details on the Holiness Glow website. Stripe’s own terms and privacy information also apply to its payment services.
6. UK delivery
The initial Holiness Glow launch is for delivery to UK addresses only. Delivery estimates will be shown on the website or during checkout once the final fulfilment method is confirmed. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Contact Customer Care as soon as possible if you notice an error.
7. Your right to cancel for change of mind
For most online purchases, consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. If this right applies, you then normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back after telling us you wish to cancel.
Hygiene exception for lip products: where a lip gloss is supplied sealed and is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right is lost once that seal is broken after delivery. Please do not open or use a lip product if you may wish to return it for change of mind.
This hygiene exception does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
8. Returns and refunds
To request a return or report a problem, contact Customer Care and provide your order details. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the item must be returned in a condition consistent with lawful inspection and, for hygiene-sensitive lip products, with the hygiene seal intact.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind item. If you cancel an entire eligible order, we will refund the standard delivery charge as required by law. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within the legally required period.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
10. Promotions, loyalty and discount codes
Promotions, loyalty rewards and discount codes may have additional conditions. We may refuse or cancel a promotion where it has been used contrary to its stated terms, but we will not use promotional terms to remove statutory consumer rights.
11. Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means in a way that damages or disrupts the service. Website content, branding, photographs and designs may be protected by intellectual property rights and must not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where law allows.
12. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer purchase.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are the terms presented when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law and applies to existing contracts.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you under applicable law.
